Togher Community Association Togher Community Association provides Community & Social Services to the people of Togher and surrounding areas. Charity Number: 20056810.

Tá Cumann Pobail an Tóchar gníomhach i seirbhisí pobail and sóisialta do ceantair an Tóchar. The Aims and objectives of the Togher Community Association CLG are as follows:
(a)To establish, promote and operate a community Development Programme which will act as a focus and Catalyst for the Development of the Community in the urban and rural areas of Togher in the City and County of Cork with a vie

w to promoting their Economic/Social and Cultural aspirations and particularly to empower disadvantaged Groups to effectively participate in programmes of Personal and social Cultural development. (b)To provide a framework that will associate the statutory and church authorities, voluntary associations and inhabitants of the catchment areas in a common effort for the benefit of the area.

A very informative meeting which was opened by our Lord Mayor Fergal Dennehy who is pictured here with one of the organisers Mr. Kieran O Connell from Cork City Council.
