It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the sad news that our dear friend and volunteer Margaret Fogarty passed away on Sunday. ❤️

Margaret was a much-loved and long-standing volunteer in our shop. She gave so generously of her time, her kindness and, of course, her wonderful baking. She was such a warm and caring presence, and truly became part of the heart and soul of our shop.

St. Vincent de Paul reminds us that “charity is the cement which binds communities together.” Margaret was that cement for us — bringing people together with her kindness, generosity and friendship. ❤️

We will miss Margaret more than words can say. Our love and deepest sympathy are with her family and all who knew and loved her at this very sad time.

RIP Margaret. May you rest peacefully. 🕊️❤️
