Cork Climate Action is a new coalition of organisations whose aim is to increase the momentum towards tackling climate change. The group organised the Cork People's Climate March on 29th November last in advance of the COP21 Summit in Paris. The event was a great success and had a turnout of over 800 people from a diverse range of backgrounds on a stormy winter's day, showing the high level of interest and concern across the community.

An MA student in looking for people 18-32 to help with her research. The study focuses on young adults' potential concerns on the climate crisis, while also examining how effective they think their individual response to the crisis is, considering multiple individual and social factors.
