(1)

Cork Community Art Link is a community arts organisation and registered charity in Cork, Ireland. We encourage meaningful collaborations between artists and people that result in the creation of great art bringing creativity to places where people live, work and play.

We work with people to create a sense of community identity and collective pride enabling people to learn more about themselves

and the world around them while having fun.

Our work engages with people both as participants and spectators in public spaces developing new ways of connecting with the arts.

we're delighted to be working with and the , on a garden project in The Foyer, Blackpool. Every week we're learning how to grow and nurture flowers and veg, and are building a botanical arch which will be permanently installed in the garden, after we're gone. Working with nature on an art project is really special and we're delighted we can do it in our own backyard, in Blackpool

week two of our volunteer workshops and everyone has been busy working away on the many props, costumes and masks for the Midsummer Parade. We're always humbled by the number of people who volunteer their valuable time with us and everyday is a reminder of how communities can make something special when they come together with common purpose. So, if you want to get involved in making stuff and meeting people, we're open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2pm - 5pm at The Lido, in Blackpool. T123 DV24.
