UCC Drug Awareness & Reform Society Drug Awareness & Reform is a UCC society that promotes awareness of drug issues and drug policy whic UCC Drug Awareness & Reform objectives:

Drug Awareness & Reform (DAR) is a recognised society in the University College of Cork. Please leave a message if you wish to join or get involved with the society. To provide UCC students with educational information about drug issues and drug policy with a special focus on Freshers week, R&G week and St. To build the leadership skills of UCC students through promoting civic participation and pr

oviding advocacy training.
3. To involve UCC students with National and International campaigns and programs that promote sensible drug policies.
4. To foster the debate of viable alternatives to existing drug policies, such as the harm reductionist approach.
5. To organise and co-ordinate DAR campaigns and social events.
6. To ensure UCC student participation in upcoming European drug reform committees as well as taking part in global discussions and events; such as the United Nations CND, International Drug Policy Consortium and International Harm Reduction Association.
