2025 was a busy year, with a variety of new and expanded supports being offered to families and professionals.

This report shows how we continue to positively impact families in the Cork Northwest area and beyond, during children's earliest years of development.

Calling all Dads, Grandads, Uncles and Male Caregivers!

Join us in Gerry O'Sullivan Park, Churchfield on Thursdays from 10am–11am on July 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd for fun, connection and outdoor play.

👶 Babies, toddlers and preschoolers under 4 years are welcome to come along with their Dad, Uncle, Grandad or other male caregiver.

Together with our interagency working group partners and funders, each month we work to fundraise the cost price per book per child, to ensure free monthly book deliveries to children across Cork within the current catchment areas.
generously sponsors the postage and packaging costs associated with the programme.

This heartwarming video is part of the An Post Making Better Happen campaign, featuring our local Cork postman and friends of Let’s Grow Together, Linda & Cora, who share the impact of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library on their family.

As Dolly Parton says “you can never get enough books into the hands of enough children”

We’re trying to have a positive impact by gifting books to young children aged from 0-5 and their families in Cork. There are over 1,600 children registered this month who will be receiving their gift of reading through the post in June! And over 1,400 children have graduated from the programme.

Over 79,000 books have been gifted since we launched the programme in Cork in November 2020!

Let’s Grow Together are delighted to offer the Peep Learning Together Programme Training this May—and we’d love you to share this with colleagues who might be interested!

👶 Who is it for?
This training is for anyone working (or planning to work) with families—supporting parents, carers, babies and young children. Whether you're based in a community setting, school, early years service, health or social care, library, or running groups—this is for you.

What you’ll gain:
✔ Practical tools to support parents in their child’s learning through everyday play and interaction
✔ Ideas, strategies and ready-to-use resources
✔ Confidence to deliver sessions with families (1:1, groups or drop-ins)
✔ Support smoother transitions to preschool and school
✔ Optional Level 5 practitioner accreditation (ROI)
