Puss 🤍🖤

Rescued in Kerry at just three weeks old, Puss arrived in a very sorry state and had clearly had a rough start in life. Thankfully, he was a little fighter. He ate like a lion, grew stronger by the day, and with lots of love and care from his foster family, he has blossomed into the happy, healthy and very cheeky little boy he is today.

Now around three months old, Puss is full of the joys of life. He is curious, adventurous and always on the go, happily exploring every corner of the house, charging through tunnels, wrestling with the resident cats and entertaining himself with his favourite toys. His current obsession is foam earplugs, which his fosterer is apparently finding absolutely everywhere! 😂

He is also quite the little foodie. Puss LOVES his meals and has been known to try his luck with everyone else's dinner too. And in a particularly adorable Puss habit, he purrs while he eats. 🥹

For all his busy little adventures, Puss has a very affectionate side too. When there's exploring to be done, he's off doing important kitten business. But when his human settles down in the evening, Puss is right there beside them, ready for cuddles and a good, loud purr.

He's wonderfully social and lives happily with three adult cats and a dog. He's respectful of the older cats and understands their boundaries, while still being more than happy to join in when there's a bit of wrestling or mischief to be had. He also loves exploring his fosterer's enclosed garden, chasing flies and moths and investigating the bushes.

Puss really is a special little boy. His fosterer says that every so often, a foster kitten comes along who completely steals your heart... and Puss is one of those kittens. ❤️

Meet Oscar 🖤

Oscar has had quite the journey. He was found trapped inside an abandoned building, and we’ll never know exactly how he got there or how long he had been stuck inside. But judging by the condition he was found in, it seems he had been there for quite some time.

Oscar might be little shy at first, but once he knows you and understands that he’s safe, he absolutely blossoms. His incredible foster carer has given him the time, patience and kindness he needed to learn that humans can be trusted, and he has come on leaps and bounds.

These days, Oscar has discovered that cuddles are actually pretty brilliant. He loves attention, loves playing and hunting, and is a wonderfully affectionate boy once that bond has been built. He’s also completely unphased by the other cats around him.

He is still a teenage kitten, though, so naturally there’s a healthy dose of mischief involved! 😹 He has all the fun, playful energy you’d expect from a youngster, but he’s also past that tiny, fragile baby stage. His personality is really starting to shine through, and it will be so lovely to watch his confidence continue to grow with his forever family.

Oscar has even been harness trained, so he can enjoy safe outdoor adventures when the time is right. 🐾

His new family will need to understand that Oscar may need a little time to settle and trust them. He probably won’t arrive in his new home demanding cuddles on day one, but give him patience, consistency and a little space to come to you, and you’ll get to discover the wonderfully affectionate boy he truly is.

🐾 Meet our kittens looking for forever homes! 🐾

They’re all between 2 and 4 months old, and each has their own unique little personality, quirks and preferences. 🥰

A few important things to know:

🐾 Nacho & Muffin are bonded and must be adopted together. Because of Nacho’s disability, they will need a strictly indoor home.

🐾 Wellington & Doc Martin are bonded and must be adopted together.

🐾 All of our other siblings can be adopted together, or into a home with a friendly resident cat.

🐾 Puss is our only kitten in this collage without a sibling, so we’ll help find the right home and companionship for him too.

Some are confident with children, some are happy around dogs, and each has their own little personality and preferences. This is exactly why we don't expect you to know which kitten is right for you just from a photo! ❤️

Our adoption process is all about finding the right match for both you and the kitten. Once you complete an application, we can chat about your home, your lifestyle and the type of cat that would best suit your family.

We also take road safety incredibly seriously. We have strict criteria around the type of environment where it is safe for a cat to have outdoor access. This is something we’ll discuss during the adoption process and assess as part of the home check.

🐾 Meet Socks! 🧦

Socks is a handsome little man with a huge personality and an even bigger appetite! 😂 This boy is a serious foodie and if he thinks you have something tasty, he’ll happily climb right up you to get it. No shame, no hesitation, just snacks!

He’s a fearless little explorer who loves investigating everything around him, and so far there really doesn’t seem to be anything Socks doesn’t enjoy. When he’s ready to relax, he loves curling up in the cat tree, especially alongside his brother Toothless, where they can happily watch the world go by... and apparently watch TV too! 📺🐱

Socks is also a big fan of being pampered, he adores getting brushed and head massages. He adores people, loves to play and is always happy to be involved in whatever is going on, but he’s also quite happy to do his own thing and will let you know when he’s ready for some peace and quiet. He’s also dog-friendly and loves playing with the dog in his foster home.

Socks is a fun, affectionate and wonderfully confident kitten who would make a fantastic addition to the right family. ❤️

Meet Toothless 🖤🐾

Toothless is the biggest little lovebug of his siblings and, out of the three, he has definitely decided that humans are the best invention ever. 😂 He is a total sucker for affection and absolutely loves his cuddles. His favourite thing is being carried around in your arms on his back like a tiny baby, and he’ll happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give him. He’s also the bravest of the three and a very confident, social little boy.

Toothless is also quite the character! He’s a very chatty boy, especially around feeding time, and if he’s feeling lonely or wants some attention, he’ll call out to find you. When he’s not demanding cuddles, he loves curling up on the cat tree and watching TV, or getting stuck into playtime with his sister. He’s an affectionate, playful little guy who really enjoys being around his people, and his foster has had no issues with him at all.

Toothless is good friends with his fosters dog so would suit a home with a cat-friendly dog and he would be great in a home with children. If you’re looking for a confident, affectionate, playful kitten who will happily make himself part of the family, Toothless could be your boy. 🥹❤️

🖤🤍 Meet Daisy, Doris, Messi & Ronaldo! 🤍🖤

Four gorgeous tuxedo siblings with four very different personalities! 😻

🎀 Doris
Dolly is our energetic little diva, and she is very capable of letting you know when she wants something! Whether it's dinner, attention or playtime, Dolly isn't shy about speaking her mind. 😂 She's a playful girl with plenty of energy, but when playtime is over, she's more than happy to curl up for cuddles and relax with her humans.

🎀 Daisy
Sweet, gentle Doris is a little soul who loves to explore her surroundings before finding a comfy chair or cosy spot nearby for a nap. She's gentle, easygoing and happy to be close to her humans.

⚽ Messi
Just like his namesake, Messi is fast, skilled and beloved by everyone! ⚽😂 He's a little superstar when it comes to chasing toys, especially anything involving a ball tied to a string. He loves to follow you around and then find somewhere comfy for a nap. Messi enjoys a little independence and loves exploring, but he's also very affectionate when he gets some one-on-one attention. ❤️

⚽ Ronaldo
Don't let his size fool you! Ronaldo might not be six feet tall, but he can jump and play with the best of them! 😂 He loves games, exploring his surroundings and finding the comfiest possible place for a snooze. He's an independent little explorer but is very affectionate when given some one-on-one time.

The girls are our little chatterboxes and are usually quick to come over, especially when they're looking for food or some attention! The boys are a little more independent and love to explore and play, but both are incredibly affectionate when given individual attention. 🥰

🐾 Meet Zoe! 🐾

Zoe is a gorgeous 10-month-old little lady with a big personality packed into one tiny body! 🥰

This little girl is a real character. She loves her food and is especially fond of wet food. In fact, Zoe likes to take her place at the breakfast table and will make sure everyone knows when it's time to eat! 😂 How she stays so tiny with her love of food is anyone's guess!

Zoe enjoys a cuddle and will happily sit on your lap from time to time, but she's also an independent little soul who likes having her own space. She'll happily let you know when she's ready to be left alone!

Although Zoe does occasionally enjoy a little wander outside, she much prefers being indoors and we think she'll be even more of a homebody during the colder months. She's happiest having a cosy place to relax and doing things at her own pace. 🥰

When it comes to other cats, we're not completely sure whether Zoe simply doesn't like her current feline companion or whether she'd genuinely prefer to be the only cat. What we do know is that she isn't particularly happy sharing her space with her brother at the moment, and we're therefore looking for a home where she can be the centre of attention and have her own space.

🖤 Why are the black cats always the ones being overlooked?

We genuinely don’t understand it! Please, when you're thinking about adopting, look beyond the colour of the coat.

Don't ask yourself, “Which kitten is the prettiest?”

Ask yourself, “Which personality is going to fit into my family?”

Because the best cat for you might be the one you nearly scrolled past. 🖤🐾

Look at the faces in this collage. These aren't just “black kittens” or “black and white kittens”. They are little individuals with completely different personalities, quirks and ways of making you fall in love with them.

🤍🖤 Tux & 007 are two of the most social, easygoing boys you could ever meet. They are affectionate, playful, confident and absolute purr machines. They'd fit beautifully into a family home, with kids, or with someone looking for a friendly little companion. And yet… they're still waiting.

🤍🖤 Dot & Lyla are gorgeous little princesses who have somehow become easy to overlook simply because they're a little older than some of the kittens around them. But why should getting a little older make them any less deserving of a family?

And then there's Monroe. 💔

🤍🖤 Monroe was the quieter, shyer one of her litter of six. Her brothers and sisters have all found their forever homes. She is the only one left behind 😭. Not because she isn't wonderful. Not because she doesn't have a huge amount of love to give. She's simply a gentle, naturally shy girl who needs someone willing to give her a little time to come out of her shell.

Every single one has their own personality, their own funny little habits, their own favourite things, their own way of showing you that you're their person.

Black cats aren't boring. They're not less special. And they certainly aren't less deserving of a forever home!

Maybe it's time we started looking at the cat, not the colour. ❤️
