As part of my role with the Mind Your Head team, I deliver the Mind Your Head Mental Health & Wellbeing programme in local schools weekly with my colleague Oisin. I’m currently facilitating the programme with some of the TY students in in partnership with

This week we did somthing a bit different and opened The Hut to the 20+ students doing the programme. We invited Craig from the to facilitate a 2 hour workshop on Sexual Health. Thanks to Craig, the students and the school for making this happen.

The Hut Youth project is proud to be the first Sexual Health Hub with the Sexual Health Centre in Cork. It launched in September, 2020.

🇸🇪 Our journey down the east coast of Sweden finished in the capital, Stockholm. This was most of the group’s favourite stop of the trip. We stayed here for a few nights so got the chance to check out the city.

The snow was still ever present but it didn’t stop us checking out the sites, streets & cafes of Stockholm.

My highlight was the Vasa Museum. The museum displays the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship that has ever been salvaged, the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628. We also visited the contemporary museum of photography. .stockholm

At this point, we decided our final destination was to be Amsterdam. We plotted our course to get there. Next stop - Copenhagen!
