🌿 Mental Health Week 2026 🌿

Mental health is just as important as physical health. This week is an opportunity to reflect on the small things we can do to support our wellbeing, such as staying connected, being active, spending time outdoors and reaching out when we need support.

At TORC, we believe that strong communities are built on kindness, connection and looking out for one another. We encourage all residents to take a moment for themselves this week and remember that every small step towards wellbeing makes a difference.

💚 Be kind to yourself.
💚 Stay connected.
💚 Reach out if you need support.

The Acuity Satisfaction Survey 2026 will take place from 19 October to 21 November 2026 and provides residents with an opportunity to share their views on their home and the services provided by TORC.

The survey is being conducted independently by Acuity, specialists in social housing research, to ensure feedback is gathered impartially and confidentially.

All residents will be invited to participate via an email invitation containing a link to the online survey. A small number of residents may also be contacted to complete the survey by telephone.

The survey takes approximately 12-14 minutes to complete, and the results will help inform future service improvements across our communities.

We encourage all residents to take part and have their say. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve services and enhance the resident experience.

September’s Top Tips are all about keeping everyone safe while using e‑scooters around our TORC communities.

Please take a moment to remind young riders and family members of the key safety points:

Ride responsibly and keep speeds low
No under‑16s on e‑scooters
Helmets strongly recommended
Never ride on footpaths
Slow down near driveways and parked cars
Store scooters safely without blocking entrances
Charge batteries indoors and safely
Check brakes, tyres and lights regularly
Avoid riding in heavy rain

Let’s work together to keep our neighbourhoods safe and enjoyable for everyone.

🌊☀️ Baysports Day at Hodson Bay – Thank You! ☀️🌊

What an incredible day our Clane, Roscommon and Galway residents had at Hodson Bay Baysports. Families really made unforgettable memories together — from kayaking on the water to tackling the inflatables, the laughter and excitement never stopped.

Residents enjoyed a tasty lunch on the day, and all the kids headed home smiling with their party bags, absolutely delighted after such a fun experience.

We also received some truly heart‑warming feedback:
