It was a pleasure to welcome 10th Antrim Scout Group to Collon Campsite! 🏕️

We’re delighted you had such a great week and we love to see Groups leaving the campsite exactly as they found it – true Scout spirit! 👏

Best of luck with your summer adventures, and we hope to see you back again soon. ⚜️

Our Scout Summer Camp finished up with our campfire on Tuesday night. Yesterday morning, our Scouts rallied themselves to break camp and carry out a sweep of Collon Scout Camp, leaving no trace of their presence!

After a short drive, our exhausted Scouts (and leaders) arrived back at the den yesterday afternoon to get all the equipment packed away. A wonderful time, packed full of activities, testament to the hard work Connor put in to organise the camp!

10th Antrim aren't finished for the Summer though. This Sunday, our Ventures are heading off to Wexford for their Summer Camp!

In the meantime, some of our Scouts will be meeting to prepare for the Phoenix Challenge, before heading down to Castle Saunderson in a couple of weeks to compete.

Everyone at Collon Campsite and St Oliver's Scout Group Drogheda, 3rd/4th/6th Louth will be cheering on the lads from the wee county at the All-Ireland Football Championship semi-final this Saturday in Croke Park, and the hall and campsite are now both decked out in county colours to show our support 🚩🏳️

A fresh cut underway as we get ready to welcome another visiting Scout group this weekend. We’re looking forward to hosting a great few days of camping, adventure, new friendships, and plenty of outdoor fun in the sunshine ☀️
