Everyone at Manulla FC are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Ballyglass Fc's stalwart PJ Brett. Having played a number of years with us here in Manulla FC, we fondly remember PJ as the gentleman that he was and his passion for soccer both on and off the pitch. We think of his family at this truly difficult time, especially his sons Keith and Gary along with his extended family, the community of Ballyglass FC and all of his neighbours & friends. May PJ's gentle soul rest in peace. Ar dheis Dรฉ go raibh a anam ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
It is with great sadness that Ballyglass FC remembers and pays tribute to PJ Brett, who sadly passed away.
PJ was a huge part of Ballyglass FC throughout his entire life. His connection with the club went far beyond football โ he was a friend, player, coach, manager and committee member, and a person who gave so much of his time, energy and heart to the club he loved.
For generations of players, PJ was a familiar and friendly face around Ballyglass. He was there to guide, encourage, organise, support and, above all, to be part of the club and the community he cared so deeply about.
His contribution to Ballyglass FC cannot be measured simply by the roles he held. It is measured in the people he helped, the friendships he made, the memories he created and the lasting mark he has left on the club.
PJ will be sadly missed, but his legacy will live on in Ballyglass FC for many years to come.
Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his sons Keith & Gary, PJโs extendef family, friends and all who knew and loved him at this very difficult time.
From everyone at Ballyglass FC, thank you PJ โ for everything.
