We are back with our two monthly repair clubs, one for bikes and one general. Pop in and bring your own stuff to repair or learn from the lads on site.

Circular living is what we are all about at the Circular Square. Saturday was another busy day for repairs at our repair café and the toy library was buzzing as usual. Repair of the month: a family heirloom from mother to son has been given an extended life thanks to a bit of handy repair: the doll's leg had come undone and with some clever tying and stitching surgery, the doll is fully functional again. Thankyou to Rikey for the practical fixing advice and to Sybil for providing images.

You too can bring your heirlooms and precious objects to be fixed. We like nothing better than a challenge 😃

* repair café and Toy library are back for most of your repair needs. Bring your home appliances, lamps, clocks, clothes, household furnishing and we will have a look at them and do our best to fix them for you.

* join the toy library and borrow toy. Games, jigsaws for all the family. We run on a yearly membershop or on a donation basis

* bring and swap plants, seedlings, flowers and/ or take some of the excess and leave a donation!

All donations go towards the running costs of the building.

our repair café, Toy library and plant swap are back this Saturday from 11.30am to 1.30 pm.

- bring your broken items, your clothes and we will fix them for you or show you how to do it...
- bring spare plants, seedlings, vegs and swap or you take what you need and leave a donation.
- check out ur extensive toy and game library: toys. lego, jigsaws, games from young to older ages.
- bring your sewing machine if you need guidance on threading and how to get going.

***** our services are free but we also welcome a donation towards the cost of running our premises.

We had a lovely visit from Tipperary County Council staff and the judges from the Pride of Place Awards 2026. We enjoyed the opportunity to showcase all the important work that we do to promote and facilitate circular living and waste reduction.

Some of the things we did at our last Knit and Mend session: hand embroidery practice, repairing a family heirloom and hand sewing a replacement zip unto a backpack. All hugely satisfying tasks!

Its summertime and the living is easy!

We've had a super summer so far and there's a month to go... and yes we are taking it easy, but we are still open for our usual monthly repairs clubs, sewing/ darning circles, and toy libraries... check out our new monthly calendar. Tell us what you think!
