Ace @ Taste of Dublin 2026 💥

Great to visit some of the brilliant food businesses we’re proud to call part of the Ace community at one of Dublin’s most iconic food festivals this weekend!

🍊 Zara Bakhtiary were showcasing their signature Orange & Raspberry Vinegar range. A naturally fermented, fruit-based vinegar rooted in a passion for herbal medicine and healthy, wholesome food. One to watch and the perfect add-on for just about any recipe!

🌶️ Mi Amor Salsas were sharing their stunning traditional Mexican salsas. Made from fresh vegetables and high-quality chillies, no shortcuts, no vinegar, no added sugar. Just honest, generational flavour.

🍗 And great to see our alumni again! Chimac were serving up their iconic Korean fried chicken from their stand across the weekend. Their signature chicken slider went down a treat with our team. Chimac began their sauce journey right here at Ace with their Milky Paws brand before going on to become one of Dublin’s most beloved food names. 🌱

Our GM Sean spent this weekend doing what we love most, getting out into the community, soaking up the rare Irish sunshine, and paying a visit to some of the brilliant food businesses currently calling Ace Shared Kitchen home.

SDCC is progressing the Neilstown District Enhancement Scheme, a revitalisation of Neilstown Shopping Centre and the surrounding village area, including our Ace Enterprise Centre on Neilstown Rd.

Having worked with SDCC on the Bawnogue Enhancement Scheme last year, we know how critical local input is to shaping the outcome.

Just about enough for a seasonal salad, a beautiful reminder of how far we’ve come since the first seeds went in!

Watching everything come into its first spring has been quietly magical, especially knowing that our friends at St John of God lovingly tended it through the colder months. We can’t wait to share the harvest with our community.💚
