We are over the moon to share the final total from this year’s Christmas Swim, an incredible €18,900 raised for Dunmanway Day Unit, CUH 🎉🎉🎉

This money will go directly towards providing vital comforts and supports for patients receiving chemotherapy, helping to make their journeys that little bit easier during some of the toughest times.

Thank you to every swimmer, donor, and supporter. Your generosity, spirit, and kindness have created something truly special. What a community, and what a result.

From West Cork to Western Australia, seeing you keep the Christmas Day swim alive fills us with pride.

Your Perth dip raised an incredible €915, and we’re so proud of everyone who got involved.

A special shout‑out to those who once braved the icy water with us here in Ireland and are now diving in under the Perth sun. Carrying the tradition with you means more than you know.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your continued support for this year’s Christmas Day Swim. Your generosity, spirit, and loyalty keep this tradition going strong, and we’re truly grateful.

A big thank you as well to everyone who came out and supported the quiz night, the atmosphere was brilliant, and it was all down to you. And to every business and individual who donated raffle prizes, your kindness added so much to the night.

What an absolutely magical day! A gigantic thank you to every single legend who turned up for the swim in aid of the Dunmanway Day Unit. You didn’t just show up you brought joy, laughter, and that unbeatable community spirit 🎅🎄

The weather was crisp, the water was colder than anyone admitted out loud, but somehow the whole thing still felt warm because of you. The smiles, the cheering, the shared madness of stepping into that icy water together was pure magic ✨🥰

There was a moment where everyone was just together, laughing, freezing, and absolutely loving it the kind of moment where you realise we’re all a bit mad, but in the best possible way.
