We would like to take this opportunity to thank The Mill Celbridge for their generous help and support of the upcoming St. Patrick's Day Parade. Their kindness and willingness to assist with preparations are greatly appreciated. Community support like this is the backbone of events such as our parade, and without it, we would not be able to bring the celebrations to the community each year.

🚨 URGENT APPEAL – WE NEED 2 STRONG VOLUNTEERS FOR OUR GIANT RINGMASTER INFLATABLES! 🚨

We’re putting out an urgent call for two strong volunteers to help bring our giant inflatable Ringmaster figures to life for this year’s Celbridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

These are large inflatable characters that strap onto your back with a secure harness, and each hand is controlled with a lightweight pole. They’re great fun and a real crowd‑pleaser — but because of their size, we do need people who are reasonably strong, especially if there’s a breeze, as you need to be able to stand your ground.

What’s involved
- Pre‑Parade Entertainment:
Wear the inflatable Ringmaster for 30–40 minutes before the parade, interacting with families and helping build the atmosphere.

- Walking in the Parade:
After a short break, walk the parade route from Tea Lane to Tesco (about 30 minutes).

These characters add so much colour and fun to the day, and we’d be incredibly grateful to anyone willing to step in and help us make them part of the parade this year — especially as we’ve been trying to secure these inflatables for several years, and they’re usually booked out by other parades.

If you can help — or know someone who might — please contact:
