To mark World Su***de Prevention Day – September 10th, we’ve set up a small space where everyone can take a few minutes to reflect, connect and share.
What helps people feel connected?
What is one word that represents hope to you?
Simply take a sticky note, write down your thought, and add it to the flip charts. No names needed — just your words.
There’s no right or wrong answer. Sometimes a simple word, thought or reminder can make a difference to someone else. 💚
Take a moment. Share a thought. Spread a little hope.

It’s Parent & Baby/Toddler Group day!
Another lovely morning of play, creativity, sensory fun and making connections 🥰
Today we’re getting creative with paper bag decorating and balloon tree painting, getting little hands exploring with colourful rice, and going on a dinosaur rescue mission in our sensory tray!
Plus, as always, there’ll be plenty of toys, activities and space for little ones to play, while parents and carers can enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
A relaxed, friendly morning for little ones and their grown-ups. 🥰

A few points to take note of please .....
📍 Killeshandra Community Hall (Eircode: H12 C8X2) will be open from 10:30 am for:
🍎 Anyone bringing food donations
📝 Anyone who still needs to register for the walk on the morning of the 5th, but you can still register on https://member.clubspot.app/club/killeshandra-leaguers-gaa/events/23083

👕 Please be mindful – we only have a limited number of T-shirts, hats,& waterbottles ect..
👉Please just take one for yourself so everyone gets something..

✅ Participants aged 16 or under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
✅ Please follow the instructions of the stewards – they are there for your safety
✅ Do not start before 12 noon – we all go together, as part of the walk is on main roads
