Members of Castlepollard Town Team (Keith Fay, Sophie Taylor and Alfie Devine) had a productive morning with the Mullingar District Chamber of Commerce.
TD's Peter Burke and Robert Troy were in attendance as well as local councillor Alfie Devine (Town Team Chairperson) and local business representatives. A brilliant morning and congratulations to Suzanne McEvoy on her new role as President of the Chamber 👏

Congratulations to Castlepollard Mens Shed who celebrated their 10th anniversary on Friday night with an event facilitated by Town Team PRO Cliff Gurren. There was a brilliant evening of music performed by members of the mens shed and guests as well as words of praise and encouragement from local counsellors Alfie Devine and David Jones. We heard about the history of the old school building that houses the mens shed, the work put in by founding members and how important mens sheds are for the community.
Here's to another ten years and on behalf of everyone in Castlepollard Town Team we would like to say a huge 'well done' to Cliff and crew.

Make Way Day is a national campaign led by the Disability Federation of Ireland that highlights everyday physical obstacles obstructing people with disabilities in shared public spaces.
Castlepollard Town Team have conducted walkability studies to work towards making Castlepollard more inclusive and accessible to all.
