A chain similar to the one in the photo below and possibly a gold bracelet were lost at Splash Sports around the 10th of August. Shout out to anyone who may have found them to contact us so we get get them back to their owner. Thanks a million

Autumn/ Winter dates 2026.

And just like that summer is coming to an end! I hope you all had a lovely one🙏 I am looking forward to getting back into Monday classes, adding in some new props for pilates and sequencing some new flows. 😌

3 x 4 week blocks

Mondays:
Pilates: 18:45-19:25
4 weeks: €40

Yoga: 19:30- 20:30
4 weeks: €50e

Combination of both pilates and yoga for 4 week block: €80

Block 1:
Sept 7, 14, 21, 28

Block 2:
Oct 5, 12, 19
Nov 2

Block 3:
Nov: 9, 16, 23, 30

Dec 7, 14:
There will also also be classes these dates, more to be announced on this closer the time. 😊

(Drop- in only available if space and equipment allows and only for non- beginners. Please contact prior to showing up, drop-in rates apply.)

*Pilates* class will work on mobility and strengthening through core and breath connection and targeted exercises using Pilates fit circle and balls.

*Yoga flow* will incorporate breathwork techniques, strengthening and heat- building themed yoga sequences followed by some restorative poses, supported by yoga props and with meditation and relaxation at the end.

Kerry Tap Ensemble are performing at the last market of the summer season at the West End at 12.30. These girls performed at the World Dance Cup a few weeks ago and wanted to say thank you the community for their support of all the local dancers. These are amazing dancers and it's a performance not to be missed!!
