Order of Malta Ireland - Ambulance Corps - Cashel Providers of first aid classes and ambulance cover to people and events throughout South Tipperary. Previous experience is not required.

Mission
We, the Volunteers and Staff of the Order of Malta Ambulance Corps, strive to make a difference in society by providing:-

* Community Care
* First Aid & Nursing Service
* Youth Development
* Personal Development

Meetings held every Friday night at 8pm in The Nagle Centre, Cashel. To get involved just come along to a meeting wher

e various first aid related exercises are carried out. Once a member is trained up they can look forward to taking part in a wide range of sporting, musical and cultural activities such as horse racing, music festivals etc. We do not cater for Cadets (10 to 16yo) currently, but keep checking and that my change. We are one of the major providers of first aid and ambulance cover in the South Tipperary Region. We also provide first aid training to both our members and members of the public.

Today is the International Day of Families 💙

Families come in all shapes and sizes, and for many of our members, the Order of Malta feels like one big family.

A special shout out to Dick Hennessy and his grandson Rhys, who are both proud members in Cashel — a wonderful example of volunteering across generations.

What makes our organisation so special is the friendships and family connections built through volunteering.

Very busy bank holiday weekend for our members! Our crew were in New Inn for the Vintage Tractor run, and we went down to Mallow for the races with our colleagues!

Yesterday Rebecca and Jessica took a spin to Carrick-on-Suir to meet with some EMT students who are attending an EMT training course which is facilitated through Future People Training and is funded by the Tipperary ETB, we are very grateful for them for allowing us to come and speak.

Following on from that then it was in to Clonmel for the races, a lovely day had by all!
