They spent two nights camping at low and high camp, carrying all their gear while navigating across Wild Nephin National Park 🥾 ⛺️

Well done all who took part, taking the first step in earning their MPC diamond 👏🙌

What a weekend for 27th Butlerstown Eagle Patrol!! 🦅

After applying to attend on a Wildcard, our Scouts have returned from the Phoenix Challenge in Castle Saunderson with a Silver Standard and the Spirt of Ravens Subcamp Award!! ⛺️ 🙌

This was the first time this patrol has attended the Phoenix Challenge (and only the third time ever for Butlerstown!), and they seriously did themselves proud!

We have no doubt that this is only the beginning for this patrol. They had so much fun, they are already talking about working towards a qualification spot to attend next years Phoenix…..although we better get working on making a better trek cart!!!

Congratulations also to all the other Waterford Patrols who achieved amazing results this weekend!!! Tramore Scouts 8th Dungarvan Scouts 11th Waterford St. Paul's Scout Group 19th/29th Waterford St Mary's Ballygunner Scout Group Waterford Scout County
