It's a rare and unique opportunity to receive full training to become part of the Bristow Ireland lifesaving Search and Rescue team.

Carrick on Shannon Rapid River Responders aim to improve the survival rate for people who enter the water in the Carrick on Shannon area in a distressed state.

First responders are trained to assist rescue from the shore and are provided with suitable training and equipment so that a rescue can be carried out from the shore and dramatically reduce the need for anybody else to enter the water or put themselves in danger 🛟
