Borris St Mullins Community Employment Project recently celebrated 30 years of existence supporting local Communitys and Organisations with much needed Participants to carry out highly valued work in their Communitys. Without their assistance, many voluntary Community groups would simply not survive.
Allied to this, The scheme has provided countless training and development opportunities to 100’s of Men and Women allowing them to develop work and social skills to flourish and gain invaluable employment after their time has ended with CE.

A big shout out and thank you to all our Community Employment Participants in Borris who put in such tremendous effort every day in keeping Borris village and surrounding areas so clean, tidy, and well cared for.
From cutting Grass, litter picking, weeding and maintaining public parks, painting of benches, water pumps to sweeping and cleaning footpaths and streets they are the unsung hero’s in ensuring Borris Village continuous high marks in the annual Supervalu Tidy Towns competition.
Without all of you Borris would not be the beautiful village it is today.

Borris Tidy Towns have some exciting News for all the little kiddies this year, we will be hosting a 🎃Halloween Disco Party 🎃 in the Borris Town Hall.

Borris St Mullins Community Employment Project have a No of part-time roles available such as tidy town operatives, office admin, GAA groundperson staff etc in various locations around south Carlow.
