Cahir Developments' Association Assisting our town's social and community needs in an effort to improve Cahir

The organization was first formed in 1991 to combat the perceived negative effects of the new Dublin/Cork bypass. The Association, identified various community and social needs of the town that were not being met at that time and have endeavored to address those needs in a variety of different community Projects – such as Cahir Enterprise Centre, Cahir Development Association Business & Training C

entre, Duneske Leisure Centre, Cahir Childcare Centre, Cahir Lotto, Cahir Tidy Towns, Christmas Lights project, Cahir Sensory Garden, Cahir Playground and a variety of Environmental initiatives – all aimed at making Cahir a better place to live, visit and work in.
