We are very pleased to share work on our latest townland Bellanagarraun, located in the civil parish of Donaghpatrick. One of the area’s more populated townlands at the turn of the 19th century, there were 46 households recorded in the 1901 census and 45 in 1911.

If you have any old photos, stories or anything you would like to add to the page about Bellanagarraun please contact us here or via our email: [email protected]

Huge time and effort goes into compiling each townland and we would like to give a shout out to our society members Liam Burke and Claire Loader on all their efforts so far to bring this project to life. We hope you enjoy 😊
