Buncrana Youth Drop In A safe place open to all teens in Buncrana and surrounding area. Open most nights a week.

In the last five years the Buncrana Youth Drop In (BYDI), situated in centre of the town, has provided a centre where the young people of our community can spend time with their friends in a safe environment. We offer a wide range of activities and projects that are educational, enlightening and entertaining as well as enjoyable. In the last year our young people have been involved in many project

s such as cross border and exchange programmes through Engage Youth and Youth in Action involving trips to Belgium and sweden; learning about road safety through Driving Change and graffiti art project through the Rural Enabler/Peace III programme. In addition to our regular drop-in evenings, recently we have launched a Girls Only Club, homework/study club and a book club; "The Literati @ The Drop-In"; other new programmes will follow through 2014!
