⬇️ can anyone who is not housed and on the housing waiting list more than a year contact me ASAP if they have not got one of these in the post

‼️ Anyone on the housing list very important

The council is writing to anyone on the list to update files

You won’t get a letter if you are already housed or in a HAP property

Please make sure the council has your correct address on file and contact them if you are living somewhere else that was not your address when you applied

You have to get these forms in by the 31st of August - if you do not you could be removed from the housing list

Get in touch if you need help with this, did not get one and are on the housing list or have any questions

If you are an applicant on Wicklow County Council’s list for social housing support

Wicklow County Council intends to carry out a Social Housing Assessment in accordance with Section 21 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2009.

The Council has written to all relevant Applicants using the current, most up to date address on file.

Each approved Applicant is required to complete a form and return it with supporting documents (where necessary) before 31st August 2026. If you have any difficulty with completing this form, you can contact the Housing Section for assistance by emailing [email protected]. Tel: 0404 20100

If you are in receipt of Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) you are not required to complete this Social Assessment Housing Form.

If you fail to return this information within the specified time period, your application for Social Housing will be closed and you will be removed from Wicklow County Council’s list for Social Housing Support.
