Today is the ***coDay 🚭

To***co and ni****ne companies deliberately design their products to be addictive.

Sugars, flavours, and cooling agents all mask the harshness of ni****ne so you inhale more.

But the cycle can be broken. And the benefits are felt almost immediately:

⏱️ In 20 minutes, your heart rate drops

🫁 2–12 weeks, your lung function improves

❤️ In 1 year, heart disease risk is cut in half

Take the next step, break the cycle. Help is available.
You can download the World Health Organisation toolkit for free here https://www.drugsandalcohol.ie/34259/1/who-quitting-toolkit.pdf

Or you can avail of free local stop smoking and va**ng services by contacting our stop smoking advisor Karen Hammond on [email protected] or 083 334 2590.
