🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Have you met Sam, Sven and Carolin? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
These three incredible supporters are taking on distances from 21km to 42km in Valencia and Dublin to raise much-needed funds for Living Life Counselling. Training for a half marathon or marathon is no joke—it takes dedication, resilience, and months of hard work, and we are so grateful that they have chosen to support our mission while taking on this challenge.
Exercise is a powerful tool for both physical and mental wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, improve mood, and build resilience. As Sam, Sven and Caro put in the miles, they are also helping to raise awareness of the importance of mental health. 🌙 NITE Programme Coming to Arklow, Co Wicklow 🌙
Want to stay safer on nights out? Support your friends with confidence? Help create a safer nightlife culture in Wicklow?
Wicklow Local Community Safety Partnership, in collaboration with PsyCare Ireland, is delighted to promote the NITE Programme.
This evidence-based programme is designed for adults aged 18+ and provides practical knowledge and skills to help participants:
✅ Stay safer on nights out
✅ Learn evidence-based harm reduction approaches
✅ Recognise and respond to potential risks and vulnerabilities
✅ Support friends and peers with confidence
✅ Contribute to a safer, healthier nightlife culture in Wicklow
✅ Promote wellbeing and community safety
Whether you're a regular festival-goer, enjoy social nights out, work in the night-time economy, or simply want to look out for others, the NITE Programme offers valuable skills that can make a real difference.
Together, we can help create safer social spaces and a more supportive nightlife environment for everyone.
