Today at the we are building a virtual kilometre of Euros on Bray Sea front. You are invited to take part in this challenge.
The goal is to raise €40,000 for 10 incredible causes in partnership with Bray Lions Club!
How to donate:
• Club collectors will be walking the seafront with contactless card machines for quick, secure tapping.
• You can also donate via the QR code below or this link: https://www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/hydrate3
A small contribution from each attendee can make a monumental difference.
• Keep an eye out for official progress flags along the beach to see how close the community is to reaching the target!

They are out on the ground right now with SumUp contactless tap machines. 100% of every single cent raised goes directly to our 10 vital local charities.

The aircraft are prepared, and the Bray Lions Club team is ready for action on the seafront tomorrow!
Donating to the charity partners is simpler than ever:
🔋 Cashless Convenience: Collectors will be fully equipped with contactless machines to accept secure card and smartphone payments.
🚩 Progress Markers: Attendees can follow the progress of the virtual kilometre of coins via official flags along the beach.
🙋‍♂️ Friendly Faces: Official volunteer teams will be stationed across the seafront from 1 pm.

Making Every Euro Fly Further!
The skies over County Wicklow are set to roar to life for the spectacular 2026 on Saturday, August 1st. While world-class aerobatic pilots perform jaw-dropping manoeuvres overhead, an equally inspiring community effort will take place on the ground.
This year, the Bray Lions Club is partnering with Bray Air Display for a major joint fundraising initiative to raise €40,000 for 10 incredible causes!
Visitors are invited to take part in the virtual 'Kilometre of Euro Challenge' along the seafront on the day. With thousands expected, a small contribution from each attendee can make a monumental difference.

Well done to the winners and the runners-up in our inaugural Now That’s What I Call Music Quiz in The Martello last night! Huge thanks to everyone who came along and supported the night, we raised just over €2,300. Many thanks also to our Quizmaster Gerry Dornan, pictured with the winning team.
