🎃 It’s That Spooktacular Time of Year Again! 👻
When everything turns a little creepy, a little spooky, and a whole lot of fun!
Here at Boyle Family Resource Centre, we know how much kids love dressing up for Halloween — and how quickly they can outgrow their costumes.

That’s why we’re thrilled to bring back our Halloween Costume Swap!

Pick Up: Pop in on Wednesday 21st or Thursday 22nd October between 2:00pm – 4:30pm to pick out some fang-tastic new costumes for this year’s spooky celebrations!

It’s a fun, eco-friendly way to share the Halloween spirit — and make sure every child can enjoy the magic of dressing up.
🕸️ Bring your old costumes, swap for something new, and let’s make this Halloween spooktacular for everyone! 🎃

Boyle Family Resource Centre, in partnership with the National Forum of Family Resource Centre's, is pleased to offer support to families with children making their First Holy Communion this school year.

We are delighted to have a selection of free Communion dresses available for families who may need one.

Families can text Flo, our Community Inclusion Support Worker, on 086 049 6496 or pop into the centre to arrange a special appointment. Each child will have the opportunity to try on dresses and choose one in a private and discreet setting

Clothes Donation Notice

We really appreciate your continued support with clothes donations. ❤️

However, our clothes banks are currently full. We kindly ask that, over the next week, please do not leave bags of clothes outside the centre or around the clothes banks.

Unfortunately, when bags are left outside, we are unable to take them in and have to dispose of them.

Please hold onto your donations if it is the weekend until Monday. We will be very happy to accept them into the centre until the clothes banks have been emptied.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience and continued support.

We’re delighted to be offering our 4-week Parental Beauty Course here at Boyle Family Resource Centre. 💕
This is a lovely opportunity for parents to take some time for themselves, learn some new beauty and self-care skills, and enjoy a welcoming space with others.

The course is FREE, with a €10 deposit to secure your place, which will be returned on the day.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.

🩷Féileacáin Wave of Light 2026 – Lighting up the building in remembrance, love & hope 🩷

This evening Thursday 15th October, we will once again be lighting up the building for Wave of Light, joining families, communities and organisations across Ireland to raise awareness of baby loss and show support for everyone affected. Behind every loss is a family, a story, a lifetime of love and a baby who will never be forgotten.

By lighting up the building, we hope to shine a light on a subject that is often difficult to talk about, break the silence surrounding baby loss, and remind bereaved parents that they are not alone. No matter how early a loss occurs, or how long ago it happened, the love for a baby never ends.

At 7pm on October 15th, people around Ireland are invited to take part in the Wave of Light by lighting a candle and keeping it burning for at least one hour, creating a continuous wave of light across different time zones in memory of babies who are no longer with us.
