🍂 September in Bantry? Now that’s a good idea.

Summer might be over, but Bantry is still very much worth a visit - and September could be the perfect time for a little getaway.

Think weekend away with your favourite people. A few days to slow down, catch up, eat well, explore, laugh a lot… and remember what it’s like to have nowhere you need to be.

For those of you who sadly won't be able to make Bantry this weekend, we share your disappointment, it promises to be a fabulous weekend of Great Colour, Great Sounds, Great Spectacle, Great Rowing, Great Rivalries and Renwed Camaraderie.
But not to worry, we have your back.

We are pleased to announce that the All-Ireland Coastal Rowing Championships will be broadcast Live across the three days of rowing at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVydfmCO9p6U
So not being able to be in Bantry is no longer an excuse for missing all the action and spectacle of the All-Ireland Championships.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00am for a FREE Guided Heritage Walk, departing from the Bantry Tourist Office, Wolfe Tone Square.

Led by one of our knowledgeable local volunteers, these walks are a wonderful opportunity to explore the rich history, fascinating stories, and hidden gems that make Bantry such a special place.

Whether you're visiting West Cork for the first time or you're a local looking to see the town through fresh eyes, everyone is welcome!
