Help shape a welcoming community for everyone.

The “Welcome To” project brings people to create a more welcoming community through small local acts that help foster belonging and connection. We're inviting anyone with an interest in community, inclusion and local action to join us for a public information evening. Come along to learn about the project, share your ideas and help shape what “Welcome To” could look like in your town.

Celebrating 25 Years of Employability Service West Cork in Kinsale! 🎉

Last Friday, we celebrated a very special milestone, 25 years of supporting people and our community from our Kinsale office.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with music, laughter, delicious food and great company. A huge thank you to The African Queens for the fantastic music, Tracy from Lemon Leaf Kinsale for the delicious catering, Naturally Balanced Kinsale for the lovely goodie bags, and Hatitude for the thoughtful gifts for our clients.

And, of course, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the celebration so special. It was wonderful to have our clients, colleagues, friends and community with us to mark this milestone.

We are so grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey over the past 25 years.

Here’s to 25 years of making a difference, and to many more to come!
