Passing on information from ADHD Ireland

What is the research about?
Research is emerging that suggests women with ADHD are more likely to experience greater challenges during perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.

Reason for the research.
Our study aims to explore the experience of individuals with ADHD who are currently going through or have passed through menopause, particularly in terms of mental health and seeking help.
We hope that the findings will help to improve our knowledge about menopause and ADHD, as well as allow us to develop better services based on the specific needs of ADHDers.

Who can participate?
ADHD women (diagnosed, self-identify or awaiting diagnosis) who are going through or have gone through Menopause.
You will be requested to complete an anonymous online survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes. You will be asked a series of background questions, and additional questions about your ADHD, your mental health, help-seeking, and menopausal symptoms.
