Castlepollard Tidy Towns Our Tidy Towns mission is to manage our built and natural environment for the future benefit of eve We are the Castlepollard Tidy Towns Group.

Our aim is to promote the profile of Castlepollard Tidy Towns by being more active on the ground in an effort to raise awareness and community involvement in the environmental issues affecting our town, and to improve Castlepollard's rating in the Tidy Towns competition.

Update

Water Quality Notice – The Cut, Lough Lene

Results from the latest water quality tests at The Cut, Lough Lene indicate that the water quality has returned to ‘Excellent’.

As a result, the temporary “Do Not Swim” notice has been lifted and the bathing area is open for public use.
