❤️ Thank you to John Bruton @ First Aid Training by Multi-Skill Ltd. Athlone Emergency Defibrillators for the CPR / AED session that he facilitated for us this evening. A really practical and hands on evening empowering another group of people within our community to be able to respond in an emergency. Thank you to everyone that attended ❤️

❓️❓️ Would you know what to do if someone at home or on the sports field had a cardiac arrest? 🤷‍♀️❓️❓️

❤️ This practical 2 hour session will teach members of our community how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator whilst waiting for emergency services to arrive ❤️
