Rain or shine, Serhii takes pride in maintaining the green spaces that make our town such a welcoming place to live, work and visit. His hard work, reliability and positive attitude help ensure that park remains a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
Community Employment is about building skills, gaining experience and making a real difference — and Serhii is a great example of that in action.

💙👖 A little sneak peek behind the scenes of Blue Jean Festival preparations in Athboy!

Armed with paint, recycled materials, creativity and plenty of laughter, our Community Employment team turned everyday objects into a colourful festival window display ✨

Proof that you don’t always need fancy materials — just imagination, teamwork and a good community spirit 💫

The town is slowly getting festival-ready… and we’re loving the atmosphere already!

☀️ Guess what, Athboy… it’s happening!
After what feels like a lifetime of Irish “four seasons in one day” 🌦️…
tomorrow is actually looking WARM. Yes, WARM.
We’re talking brighter skies, milder air, and finally a reason to say:
👉 “I’ll just grab a light jacket” (instead of five layers and hope 😄)
And as if that wasn’t enough…
it’s a Bank Holiday Monday 🎉
