The Housing Crisis is very real and the situation is becoming more unsustainable with each day bringing more and more people into homelessness .

I am reaching out to any Emergency B&B providers who accept council vouchers .

I have a number of people now seeking accomodation and all existing local providers being full .

Compared to a year ago food is 12.5% more expensive, rents are up 12%, mortgage interest payments are up 44% electricity is 35% more expensive & gas is up 47%

Meanwhile, wages, benefits and pensions only went up by 4%
