Dear friends

💔 I really don’t know how we’re going to do this…

I honestly hate having to write posts like this, but I’m at the point where I have to be completely honest about where we are.

Things at Beara are really, really difficult financially at the moment. Our feed account at the agri store is now five times over our credit limit, and it’s possible that our credit could be cut off until a large chunk of the bill is paid off.

As you know the wonderful Sue very kindly organised a fundraiser for us through PayPal Giving, and we are so incredibly grateful. ❤️ Every cent raised will make a huge difference.

The problem is that the money can take up to six weeks to be released to us. By the time we receive it, we’ll have had another six weeks of weekly feed bills to pay, so unfortunately the amount we owe will continue to grow in the meantime.

We simply can’t stop buying feed. The animals still need to eat every single day.

And just when I thought I couldn’t possibly have any more on my plate, for the second time this year I have four tiny three-week-old puppies in my care as well. They are completely dependent on me, along with all the other animals here.

I’m exhausted, I’m stressed and, if I’m completely honest, I’m scared.

We have 15 pigs, 33 goats, 7 sheep, 2 donkeys, 8 geese, 3 ducks, 4 hens, 24 cats who all depend on us. There is no option to just cut back on their food until things improve. ❤️

So I’m asking, if anyone is able to help us with our immediate feed costs, even €5 or €10 would genuinely help us get through another week.

If you can’t donate, please don’t feel bad. Sharing this post is just as valuable and may reach someone who can help.

We don’t need anything fancy. We just need to keep food going into bowls and troughs until we can get ourselves back on our feet.

Thank you to everyone who has already donated, shared, supported and checked in on us. We honestly couldn’t keep going without you. ❤️

Please help us keep the feed coming. 🙏🏻🐷🐐🐑🐴🐶❤️

**With immediate effect we desperately need puppy pads, royal canin puppy milk powder, when they’re old enough flea treatments.
When ready the pups will be going to a dog rescue to find their forever homes so will not be rehomed from here**

Thank you all in advance 🙏🏼
