Our Independence Day activity with the kids and volunteers was a beautiful reminder that celebration is not just about the day itself, but about the people who make it meaningful.

Today, we celebrate freedom, community, and the hope of a brighter future.
For our empower kids, independence is also about having the freedom to dream, to learn, to play, and to grow into whatever they want to be.

Here’s to raising a generation that feels supported, empowered, and free to dream big ❤️

For us, volunteers are more than an extra pair of hands. They’re the people who show up with open hearts, share what they know, and slowly become part of our little community here in Bali. 🧡 Whether it’s helping in class, encouraging the kids, or simply bringing positive energy into the room, every volunteer leaves a small but meaningful impact behind.

We recently got the chance to sit down and chat with one of our Happiness Makers, Harry from Australia, who has joined our Empower kids for English practice classes several times. Each visit, he’s brought his own warmth, patience, and enthusiasm into the classroom, and the kids absolutely love having him around.

We hope his story gives you a little glimpse of what volunteering with us can look like — the connections you build, the moments you share, and the joy that comes from simply showing up. And maybe, just maybe, it inspires you to become a Happiness Maker too. ✨

No fixed prices here– you pay what feels right, with a minimum of 50k per item. And every rupiah goes straight into our support program for underprivileged local families right here in the Bukit.

A home should be a place where children feel safe, protected, and able to dream about the future.

For this family, that basic need was something they had been living without. Through our Home Renovation Support Program, we’re helping create a safer and healthier space where they can grow with dignity and hope.

This isn’t just about repairing walls or fixing a roof. It’s about giving a family the comfort of knowing they have a place to call home.

Every renovation is made possible because of people who choose to care 💛
