本會由一群在印尼居住的台商們所組成，因感念取之於印尼這份土地，及想回饋於此的這份心念上，即在2011年4月10日成立三輪慈善基金會，印尼文名Yayasan Amal Tiga Roda，英文名Three Wheels Foundation。
本會之服務項目如下:
(1) 急難救助。
(2) 台商、孤兒、老、殘、清寒家屬等後事協助。
(3) 協助處理在印度尼西亞行政組織區域所發生之急難事件。
(4) 參與有意義的慈善教化活動的協辦。
