Sometimes the most meaningful support comes from the most unexpected places.

Nacho from Green School Bali recently organised a charity run to raise funds for Hands With Heart Foundation, bringing together 20 runners, all moving for the same reason.

We are deeply grateful to Nacho, Green School Bali, all the sponsors and everyone who showed up, ran, cheered, and contributed. Every bit of support helps us keep showing up for the families and communities who need care the most.

Recently, was at The Bridge, Green School Bali, to share the story behind building a specialised centre in Bali dedicated to providing free healthcare, therapy, and education for children with disabilities.

It was a room full of people who care about Bali, about children, and about building something that lasts. We are grateful to and .greenschool for having us.

Rose, an osteopath from Australia, joined our Bali mission and shares what the experience has meant to her, the children she has worked with, the team around her, and the moments that were not easy but mattered just as much.

Recently during our Bali mission, the team at La Paella, a Spanish restaurant in Bali, came and cooked their traditional paella for the children with disabilities and their families we have been working with throughout the mission.

It was a simple, warm gesture that meant a great deal to everyone there. Muchas gracias,

The work we do is not only about what happens during treatment.

It is about understanding the full reality of the families we visit, their homes, their circumstances, the people they are responsible for, and the things that keep them up at night.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is show up, understand what someone is living with, and ask how we can help beyond the treatment.

Earlier this year, our founder was in Murcia for KRAI 2026, the Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Spain, a gathering of associations, institutions, the diplomatic corps, and representatives from the social and business sectors, all working toward a common strategy for the Ukrainian community in Spain and the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Jorge presented the work Hands With Heart has been doing on the ground since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, our medical missions, our humanitarian support, and the people we have met along the way.

Moments like these matter. The more people who understand what is happening and what is needed, the stronger the response can be.
