📢 Division Online Day Schedule Update

Dear Members,

In accordance with a new policy issued by IVAO Headquarters, the schedule for the IVAO Indonesia Division Online Day has been updated.

Effective from 20 July 2026, the event will no longer be held on Saturdays. Instead, it will take place every Friday, while the event time remains unchanged:

🗓 Every Friday
🕛 12:00 UTC – 16:00 UTC

This change has been implemented to align with the latest IVAO HQ policy regarding Division Online Day scheduling.

To better support the activities of our division, Saturdays and Sundays will be reserved for Division and/or IVAO HQ events, training and examination sessions. This will allow us to organize these activities more effectively while maintaining a consistent weekly Division Online Day schedule.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you every Friday for the Division Online Day, as well as during our upcoming events, training sessions, and examinations throughout the year.

IVAO Indonesia is proud to announce that Dary Satrio has officially passed his Aerodrome Controller (ADC) Practical Examination!

"The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you."

We all know how heavy it feels to fall short. On his first attempt, it wasn't a lack of skill, but overwhelming nerves that unfortunately got the best of his exam. However, true character shines in the moments after a setback. Instead of walking away, Dary rose to the challenge, conquered his anxiety, and returned to deliver a performance that was sharper, stronger, and far better than ever before.

Today was more than just passing an exam, it was the moment all his silent sacrifices and sleepless nights of studying finally paid off.

✈️ TRAFFIC REQUEST & CALL TO ACTION

To ensure a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation, we are looking for maximum traffic density. We highly encourage a diverse range of flight operations:

➡️ VFR Circuit Patterns: Pilots are encouraged to perform multiple touch-and-goes/low pass/stop and go, etc.

➡️ VFR Local Area & Helicopters Operations: We welcome local VFR flights and rotary-wing operations to create a challenging environment for the candidate.

➡️ Missed Approach: We invite both IFR and VFR pilots to perform Missed Approaches to test the candidate's reaction and traffic coordination.

➡️ IFR Arrivals & Departures: All IFR traffic is welcome to test sequencing and ground management.
