Meet Nadia Nathania, the 2026 Local President of JCI Srikandi—an entrepreneur, educator, and lifelong learner.

A graduate of University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) and M.Sc., Nadia combines academic knowledge with hands-on entrepreneurial experience. As the Co-Founder of Sekolah Badminton Indonesia, she is committed to transforming recreational badminton in Indonesia by making quality coaching accessible to people of all ages. She also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, where she inspires and equips the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Nadia believes entrepreneurship is about more than building businesses—it’s about solving meaningful problems, creating opportunities, and making a lasting impact on society.

In collaboration with PT Uppcycle Sustainindo Perkasa (USP) and Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala, JCI Srikandi is proud to conduct the 3rd & Final Phase of our community health initiative:

Free Hepatitis Vaccinations for our unsung heroes, local waste collectors who help keep our cities clean every day💉💚

This final phase reflects our continued commitment to preventive healthcare, ensuring long-term health, safety, and dignity for those whose contributions are often overlooked.
