We are proud to congratulate Syahidatul Nabila, who has officially graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, Class of 2026. Here is her story, in her own words.🎓
“This journey began in 2022, when I finally managed to set foot in the world of university. At that time, I believed that my dream was slowly becoming a reality. However, behind that first step, there was a test that I had never imagined before.
Financial hardship made this journey feel so heavy. There were times when I almost stopped everything because I could no longer afford the cost of tuition. It felt as though the dream I had fought for was slowly slipping away.
Then in February 2023, a glimmer of hope arrived. Through living cost assistance and educational support from the Kandui Foundation (Kandui Care), I was given the opportunity to continue my studies that had come to a halt. That support was not just financial, it also strengthened me with the reminder that there are still many people who care about my future.
With a heart full of gratitude, I continued this journey step by step. Every challenge that came became a valuable lesson, until finally in 2026 I successfully completed my education and earned my bachelor’s degree.
Today, the graduation gown I wear is not only a symbol of graduation, but also a symbol of struggle, the unceasing prayers of my parents, and the care of Kandui Care that has helped me rise and keep moving forward.
Thank you for being an important part of my life’s journey. May all the kindness that has been given become a charity that continues to flow, and may this story serve as a reminder that there is always hope for those who never stop fighting.”
