Enduring Solidarity: Rohingya Community Medan Always Stands with Aceh 🇮🇩
This isn't just a delivery; it's a profound story of humanity, remembrance, and shared brotherhood.
We, the Rohingya Community in Medan, are deeply heartbroken by the devastating floods hitting Aceh. We know and remember the immense generosity and shelter Aceh has given to us, the Rohingya, over the years. From the past until this very moment, Aceh has been our haven.
Today, we stand shoulder-to-shoulder to help our neighbors, our brothers and sisters in Aceh.
In a powerful display of solidarity, we successfully mobilized and delivered emergency relief aid to two severely affected areas: Aceh Tamiang and Aceh Timur.
Details of the Delivery:
• 300 Emergency Boxes: Carefully packed with 17 essential kinds of items (food, hygiene, blankets, etc.).
• 400 Packets of Rice: Each packet containing 5 kg to provide vital sustenance.
This delivery is a small gesture to say: We see you. We love you. We are with you. The Rohingya Community Medan is always with Aceh.

Rohingya Community Medan Met with Polda for discussion our ongoing Activities

Asaalamu Alaikum. Selamat Malam Bapak/Ibu
Kami Mohon iginkan Mau sampaikan Tentang Pengungsi Rohingya udah 13 tahun di Jalan jamin Ginting Medan,Indonesia. saat ini kami buat Demonstrasi diam di dalam tempat tinggal kami untuk dapat proses negara ketiga.

Kami Pengungsi Rohingya di Medan sudah melewati 13 tahun berada di tanah Indonesia. Dan, Tidak ada proses apapun dari UNHCR untuk melakukan Proses Penggantian Negara ketiga. Dan juga Jika kita bertanya kepada UNHCR tentang Proses Penggantian Negara Ketiga kita? Mereka tidak menjawabnya dan 13 tahun terakhir mereka hanya mengatakan kepada kami untuk bersabar. Selain itu, UNHCR juga tidak rutin mengunjungi Pengungsi Rohingya sejak tahun 2019. Selain itu, UNHCR Indonesia juga menghentikan kontak dengan Pengungsi Rohingya di Medan. Oleh karena itu, saat ini kami meminta kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan juga Kementerian Luar Negeri untuk Membantu Pengungsi Rohingya di Medan agar bisa mendapatkan Negara ketiga. Sebab, Lama sekali kita berada disini tanpa Proses apapun. kami memiliki Anak dan kami juga ingin mewujudkan masa depan cerah anak-anak kami. Jadi tolong bantu kami dengan mendorong UNHCR untuk mendapatkan Proses Penggantian kami untuk negara ketiga.
Dan salah satu Permintaan Kedua kami adalah :
Beberapa Pengungsi Rohingya kami menikah dengan Warga Negara Indonesia, Dan ketika mereka menikah, mereka meminta izin dari UNHCR Indonesia untuk menikah dengan Warga Negara Indonesia. Namun, kini UNHCR telah memblokir Proses Penggantian di Negara Ketiga tempat Pengungsi Rohingya menikah dengan WNI. Kami meminta kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan juga Kementerian Luar Negeri untuk menangani masalah ini dengan serius. Pasalnya, anak-anak mereka menghadapi berbagai macam permasalahan, seperti Ayah pengungsi yang tidak bisa menghabiskan waktu bersama Keluarganya karena Pembatasan. Demikian Mohon Bantuannya sekeluarga untuk mendapatkan proses penggantian negara ketiga bagi yang menikah dengan WNI tersebut.
