Today we shared something truly specialā¦
A deep and honest debrief with the kids.
A moment to listen, to feel, to reflect.
In our little school of reflection, everything is welcome ā
every voice, every emotion, every perspective.
We explored something simple yet powerful:
the difference between a 6 and a 9.
The same realityā¦ seen differently.
Because each of us stands in a different place.
Something didnāt go as planned this week.
There were misunderstandings, a bit of sadnessā¦
But this is where the magic lives.
Mistakes are not failures ā
they are our greatest teachers.
They guide us to grow, to communicate better, to understand each other more deeply.
Together, we realized:
āØ Teamwork matters
āØ Clear communication matters
āØ Timing and organization matter
āØ And leadership, even when absent, is deeply felt and appreciated
We listened.
We learned.
We reflected.
And from thisā¦ new agreements were born.
Stronger, clearer, more aligned.
And most importantlyā¦
We took the time to write down our dreams for the future ā
and share them with each other.
Dreams of a cleaner island,
of thriving reefs,
of more trees, more life, more connection.
Mentors are rising š±
To do more good,
to plant more trees,
to nurture more reefs,
to guide more children.
We are dreaming forward together:
š Beach clean-ups (see you in July with !)
š Measuring the impact ā how many kilos of trash can we collect together?
š Weekly reef care ā monitoring and cleaning our Bio Rocks
š Planting trees in November, just before the rains š³
All of thisā¦ for a cleaner island,
for inspired visitors,
for the next generation.
Through eco games, through connection, through action ā
we plant seeds of awareness about plastic pollution and care for our planet.
We are so happy to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
