The EU–ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE) is still looking for a consultant to support the development and delivery of training modules and curriculum for Labour Market Insight (LMI) Capacity-Building Workshops. The Kick-off Meeting of the RVO Master Plan Training Programme – Combi Track Horticulture North Sumatra 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗣 (𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆) was successfully held on 26 February 2026 at IPB University.

As part of the Netherlands–Indonesia Combi-Track education and training pillar, this consortium collaboration between Maastricht School of Management-Maastricht University, IPB University and Institut Teknologi Del officially marked the launch of SIGAP.

SIGAP’s goal is to build strong, coordinated, and future-ready governance systems that enable North Sumatra’s food estate to develop sustainably and deliver long-term food security. Through strengthening institutional capacity, enhancing coordination, and aligning knowledge with policy implementation, the programme lays the foundation for long-term sustainable impact.
