Fiona Unity Foundation

Fiona Unity Foundation The House of Hope Centre is providing those in need and our rooms are always full.

Our next mission is our ‘Small Steps’ program where we are giving 100’s of walking aides and are aiming to build a workshop to manufacture our own wheelchairs The Fiona Unity Foundation www.fionaunity.org is a non profit organisation founded in 2014 to support the Poor and underprivileged on the island of Lombok. Our mission is to build a centre in Mataram for the underprivileged and disabled.

This desperately needed centre will be the first of it kind on the island of Lombok and will support the ‘Forgotten People’ with free health care, connecting them to Doctors, Surgeries and Specialist. We will also have a disable clinic and rehabilitation centre within this centre complete with a clinic where prosthetics will be measured and fitted free of charge. We will also supply free accommodation and supporte to families while patients are receiving treatment.

Anggi is a 22-year-old from Ramban Biak Hamlet in Ramban Biak Village, Kenek District. She is currently in her sixth semester at the Lombok Institute of Technology, where she is majoring in Food Technology.

Since birth, Anggi has been living with polio, which has presented daily challenges. However, her determination to pursue her education and dreams remains strong.

Thanks to the generous donation of a wheelchair from the Fridd family in Australia, Anggi’s life has become much easier. This support has greatly improved her mobility and independence, helping her continue her journey toward achieving her goals.

Today the LIDI Foundation visited a struggling family where the father and two of the children are disabled due to hereditary factors. Their older sister, Syria, has also been diagnosed with heart failure and urgently needs medical treatment.

The foundation provided 20 kg of rice, 4 litres of cooking oil, 4 kg of sugar, Rp 1,000,000 to help with daily needs, and Rp 300,000 for school fees.

If you are able to help this family during this difficult time, please contact us. Every little bit helps. ❤️

Please help if you can!

Relentless rain has devastated Lombok, leaving villages submerged under up to one meter of water. Rivers have overflowed, roads are damaged, and many families are trapped in flooded homes.

According to Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG), heavy rain is expected to continue, increasing the risk of further flooding.

Children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities are the most vulnerable. Many families cannot cook — some are forced to eat raw instant noodles just to survive.

Urgent needs:
• Ready-to-eat food
• Clean water
• Blankets
• Medicines
• Baby supplies
• Hygiene kits

Lombok needs urgent support.
When nature shows its force, humanity must show its strength. 💛

The Fiona Unity Foundation would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Yayasan Cahaya Bersama for their generous donation of a water purification tank to our House of Hope Centre in Mataram.
This valuable contribution will enable us to purify our own water, significantly reducing ongoing water expenses and allowing more of our resources to be directed toward supporting those in need.
We are deeply grateful for your generosity and continued support. Partnerships like yours make a meaningful difference in the lives of the communities we serve. ❤️

Today we visited SDN 2 Sekaroh in East Lombok to assess our next mission: building new toilet blocks and providing clean water for 300 students.
What we found was heartbreaking. There are absolutely NO TOILETS.
These children are forced to endure conditions that no child should ever face.
Access to basic sanitation is a human right — not a luxury.

We cannot walk away from this. Together, we can change their future.
