There are moments when the world feels loud, uncertain, and divided. And yet, more than 1,400 years ago, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ showed us that change can begin with something simple: compassion, integrity, and a commitment to one another.

On this Mawlid al-Nabi 1448 H, may we remember that his legacy is not only something to celebrate, but something to carry forward - into our communities, our conversations, and the way we build a better world together.

As young voices of the Muslim world, may we turn his values into action, building bridges, strengthening solidarity, and becoming a source of peace wherever we are.

Happy Mawlid al-Nabi ﷺ.
May his light continue to guide our generation toward a more just, compassionate, and united Ummah.

Eighty-one years of independence, yet the work is far from finished.

Being young in Indonesia today means carrying both the pride of our history and the responsibility of our future. In a time when our nation faces challenges that demand courage, empathy, and collective action, we are reminded that independence is not merely a legacy we inherit, but a responsibility we must continue to uphold.

Let us build a nation that does not merely grow, but also heals, listens, and includes everyone. A nation that lives up to the promise of being sovereign, just, and prosperous — Indonesia Berdaulat, Adil, dan Makmur.

As part of OIC Youth Indonesia, we believe Indonesian youth have a role not only in shaping our nation, but also in strengthening solidarity, dialogue, and cooperation among young people across the Muslim world.

Happy 81st Independence Day, Indonesia. 🇮🇩
