Thirty is not an ending.
Thirty is an arrival.

Thirty is choosing vision again.
Choosing courage again.
Choosing the work again—
even when it’s heavy, even when it’s unseen.

From being the only one in the room,
to building a bridge,
to making space for thousands—
this is what thirty looks like.

She didn’t ask for permission.
She didn’t wait for perfect timing.
She kept going.

Thirty is legacy taking shape.
Thirty is purpose made visible.
Thirty is the foundation for everything still to come.

Here’s to 30.
To impact.
To obedience.
To the work that outlives us.

Did you know? Even with limited resources, Black women in STEM are out here building the future; now imagine if they had everything they deserved!

🔹 From revolutionizing medicine to coding AI breakthroughs, Black women are making history in STEM every day. Yet, they do it while facing underfunding, bias, and limited access to opportunities.

🔹 Here’s the plot twist: When given the resources they need, they don’t just succeed—they excel. Studies show that Black women in STEM who receive mentorship, funding, and community support see higher salaries, increased leadership opportunities, and groundbreaking innovations that benefit everyone.

🔹 The impact is undeniable. The question is; are we willing to bet on a future where Black women in STEM have everything they need to thrive? Because when they rise, entire industries follow.

🔹 It’s time to close the gap, open doors, and invest where it matters. The future of STEM is more powerful, more innovative, and more inclusive with Black women leading the way. Let’s make sure they have every tool they need to change the world.

Excellence is the bare minimum. If you're showing up, show up as your best self. If you're doing the work, make it exceptional. If you're taking a seat at the table, make sure your presence shifts the conversation. That’s the standard.

Nyamekye Wilson puts it plainly: Practice excellence. Be exceptional. Aim for top-tier performance. Because when Black women in STEM rise, we don’t rise alone—we lift entire generations with us. But too much talent is still trapped in poverty, too many brilliant minds never get the chance to show the world what they’re made of. And that’s exactly why we’re here.

Black Sisters in STEM is opening doors, providing access, and creating opportunities for Black women who are ready to lead but just need the resources to do it. You can be part of that change. Give to our donor campaign and help another sister get the shot she deserves. The future of STEM is Black, brilliant, and bold. Let’s build it together.

Black girls belong in STEM. Black girls deserve access. Black girls deserve to soar.

At just 13 years old, Camarria Williams is proving that when Black girls are given the tools, resources, and support they need, they don’t just succeed—they excel. A brilliant mind with an unstoppable spirit, Camarria is already making waves in STEM, showing the world that age is no limit when talent meets opportunity.

But here’s the reality: too much talent is trapped in poverty.

For every Camarria, there are thousands of young Black girls with the same brilliance, the same drive, the same potential—but no access. No mentors. No programs designed with them in mind. No doors opening for them. And that? That is what we are here to change.

This Women’s History Month, we are not just celebrating women in STEM—we are fighting for the young Black girls who deserve to be next.

🚀 We are fighting for the next Camarria.
🚀 We are fighting for the young girl who dreams in code but has no laptop.
🚀 We are fighting for the future aerospace engineer, scientist, or tech founder who just needs one opportunity to change her life.

And we need you to fight with us.

Your donation today is more than just a gift—it’s a statement. It says Black girls deserve access. It says no more talent left behind. It says we are building the future together.

Give now: https://hubs.la/Q03cDF7p0

Tag a Black girl in STEM. Tell her she belongs. Tell her we are fighting for her.
